Dr. Bui couldn’t care less about his patients. He doesn’t respond in a timely matter to MyChart messages I send on behalf of my 91 year old father who has multiple health issues. They don’t answer the phone. Finally figured out I have to press 0 multiple times. Even after speaking with answering service Tuesday night (I sent a message that morning and it showed that it wasn’t read) and a desk person at 10:00 am Wednesday Dr Bui finally called me at 6:00 pm. By then my father was in the ER.
