Dr. Vu has been taking care of our family for 10 years. We have always had a good experience here. She's a straight shooter. She is up front about what needs to be done and the prices. If you want short cuts or discount rates, this is probably not your place.
Yesterday I requested an emergency appointment with Clermont Smiles, Ive been coming here since 2020-2021 (Covid) they were very nice this was my first time meeting Dr. Vu and she was interesting to say the least. I don't know if it was a bad day or an overwhelming day for her and the staff but I have never felt this much tension in this setting. Front desk was okay they were nice.
