This man deserves zero stars. He should not be practicing medicine. He was rude and condescending. I left the appointment with bruises because he didn't listen when I told him the BP cuff was hurting me. Told me to be quiet. He also spoke to me with his back to me throughout the majority of the appointment
Dr. Santa Cruz was the Attending Physician when I had my gallbladder surgery, he has great bedside manner & is very comforting. We plan to make him our new pcp. As we're not satisfied with our current p.cp. & his staff. The nurses are kind of rude, & he's not a good Dr. , very dismissive & doesn't follow up with necessary testing., unless it's something that will make him a lot of money.
My very first day 3-4-2020 & i met my new p.c., Dr. Santa Cruz, MD very nice experience the staff/the nurse who took my blood pressure/told me it was high/she said she was glad i came! I would've never known, THANKS to her.
