I went to this dentist almost 2 months ago for pain in the right side of my mouth.Explained my headaches were out of control and throbbing tooth.I saw a dentist and he insisted nothing was wrong after a cray and examination.That i just needed a deep cleaning.Smh.I came back a couple weeks later because the pain was intense,the EXACT SAME DENTIST told me that the pain was coming from my wisdom tooth and the pressure was giving me pain.Scheduled me to see the oral surgeon,i had to wait 2 more weeks.Saw the oral surgeon and he ... read more
Customer service at the front desk can definitely use some improvement. Not Great.
⚠️🛑*AVOID*🛑⚠️ Aside from the unprofessionalism and rudness of front desk and dentist it seems like they make you go in multiple times, waisting your time, so they can keep billing your insurance. Worst of all they tell you, you need work done that is not needed. I was left with tooth aches after seeing them. Tuve una muy mala experiencia, las recepcionistas te cobran dinero sin explicarte el por que, siempre se comportan de muy mala manera a mi me cobraron una consulta dos veces y no llegaban a ninguna solución para mis problemas dentales, perecen alargar los servicios para cobrar mas dinero por consulta. Antes de pagar investiguen bien que les cobran, muchos costos ocultos.
