Been going to Dr. Diaz for over 20 years. While she is caring and great at her job, her time is very limited due to her working less hours. She has put in her years and it is time to retire. She is doing her patients a great disservice by cramming them all her around her shorter hours. It has been more difficult to see her, or schedule an appointment to see her. Her staff Is lazy and don’t want to do their job. She needs better people answering the phones. If you don’t want to do your job get another job or don’t work. People should have to deal with pure laziness and attitude where they are spending their money.
