Very unhelpful!! Will not give referral to cardiologist even after patient has already had heart surgery!! He's just waiting for him to croak. We had to take take my grandpa to the emergency room to get any help!! We are still waiting on that referral..his heart surgery was 4 months ago!!!! The surgeon requested that he see a cardiologist so I do not understand why dr de Guzman refuses to give him the referral!
