Whoever the older sounding lady is who works receptionist was speaking extremely disrespectful. Asked about my insurance and I explained I’m indigenous so I can be covered through NIHB. At which point she said “that means absolutely nothing to me” super unhelpful and disrespectful. Never experienced worse service at any dentist or any business in Toronto. She should be ashamed of herself
Dr. Moss has been my dentist for almost 30 years. I've had crowns, bridges and pretty much everything else done. Never had an issue. I like that he does the cleanings instead of a dental tech. I would highly recommend him.
I've been seeing Dr. Neil Moss and Jodi for years and have always felt well taken care of. From cleanings to getting caps on my front teeth, everything was clearly explained, and the results are seamless and natural. The office is modern with all the latest dental tech, and the friendly vibe makes visits very enjoyable. Highly recommend!
I have had a fair few fillings in my time with various dentists but Jodie and Dr Moss were the best. They were so kind and patient with their time, explaining all the procedures and steps along the way and made me feel really at ease. I would recommend this place to anybody!
