Dr. Neil Patel is an outstanding physician. He represents all that is good with health care. The staff is very good as well. I am very pleased with the treatment plan. I recommend him 100%. He is AMAZING.
Dr. Patel is an excellent physician He is caring, respectful, listen to what you have to say. And response if you need a pain management doctor, you can’t find a better one than him.
I have had 3 back surgeries that still left me with pain in my back. I have been seeing Dr. Patel now for some time for pain management. He has been endless in his search to get me some relief. Other doctors would have given up on me, but not Dr Patel. I also would like to stress how important it is to stay within a hospital network of doctors if you can. When you are on My Chart with Orlando Health, each of my doctors can read each others notes and that really helps with my total health goals.
I saw Dr. Patel one time and he suggested a particular procedure. We were waiting for an Insurance approval .The insurance was approved and I knew it because they sent me the approval letter to me as well. I called Dr. Patel’s office and explained to them that I had received the approval letter and they continue to tell me that it was not approved.
