Not returning I took my young son to this dentist for his first-ever dental visit. The hygienist was kind and gentle. The dentist, however, was not. When he examined my son he did nothing to ease his fears and was rough while he examined my son. They made us return to the waiting room after the hygienist cleaned his teeth, and then we waited and waited and waited for the dentist. The receptionist acted like I was being negligent when my three year old was bouncing off the walls from all of that waiting. We will not be back.
Good for some things We took all of our children to Dr Moscow. The office appears to be child friendly. They do not let the parents back until the work is complete. One of our kids was so terrified that she wet her pants and she got a good scolding from the Dr Moscow. I would think that sort of thing would be expected of a terrified 5 year old.
Good so far with our kids' dental care... So far, so good with 2 boys seeing Dr. Moscow. They seem to actually enjoy going there, as the office is equipped with a playhouse, toys and television. The desk staff are nice for the most part but not overly warm and friendly for treating children. We have been satisfied to date with our boys' care. Stay tuned...

The examination rooms also had televisions and decorations on the ceiling to help distract the little patients. I found that there was not much time for me to get specific information about recommended treatment or fees from Dr. Moscow. We had trouble making appointments outside of school hours. I was also strongly encouraged to not stay wit... read more

My kid got tied up and forced to open mouth without even giving a try to explain anything to him and make him open his mouth by his own will. After 30 minutes of constant crying he was looking like a victim of medicine. I was shocked what I have let them do to my son - I was told that it's common and nothing unusual. Americans, you are so stupid to let doctors do THESE things to your children - this is a total crash over human dignity! Besides the doctor really did things easy for himself, costly for me and terribly for my s... read more
