We interviewed five different doctors before choosing Dr. Neil Kirshner for our first child, little did we know we would end up having a 4lb preemie. Doc. is personable, friendly, and so understanding and explains everything. For being first time parents he makes us feel supported. He’s also extremely helpful in the fact that he tells us what to expect next and what we should do next to help with our child’s development. He is an absolutely wonderful, caring doctor. 110% trust and faith in him with my child. He always takes the time to listen and always goes out of the way for his patients His nurse is absolutely amazing as well!
I have never been to such an unprofessional medical establishment. The office staff were so rude! When I checked my children in the person I dealt with actually said," what do you need", in a very nasty voice. The minute I walked through the doors, I thought to myself, I do not feel welcome here. I was appalled by the way this place operated. I will never come back here with my children. I also waited 4 + hours to see a doctor. I did not leave this place until literally after 6:30 p.m.
Great with kids and is very knowledgeable.
Dr. Kirshner is very personable and is great with dealing with children of all ages! My ONLY complaint is that you may have to wait longer in the exam room to see him because he spends time with his patients. He doesn't rush in and back out, so the time you have to wait is also worth the while he is spending on your child.
