Went in to get employee drug screen. Had a sign saying "Be back in 15 minutes" on the door with the door locked. Ended up calling the place after 20 minutes and the front desk guy let me in... He was eating. Do they not get lunch breaks or something. The guy at the counter didn't know how to do the forms. The front desk was unorganized. He said he'd have to do forms manually but then revealed he wasn't familiar with how to do it manually but was going to try. I stopped him, thanked him and left.
