Dr. Bajwa was friendly, patient and helpful. He honestly seemed to care about taking care of his patients and explained everything thoroughly. This is more than I can say about many doctors I’ve seen who only seem to care about how fast they can get you in and out. I will recommend Dr. Bajwa to all of my friends and family!
Dr. Bajwa is very professional but also makes you feel comfortable with a procedure that is pretty low on the scale of fun things to do.
Dr. Bajwa needs to explain test results without using so many medical terms. Slow down in his explanations and seek understanding from the patient. The receptionist, Lucy, knows what she us doing. She was a real problem solver on an insurance manner. I'd give her a 10!
It was extremely helpful that I received a call from the office a week before this telehealth conference as a reminder. Dr. Bajwa was timely with the call and thorough in his interpretation of my procedure findings.

I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr Bajwa’s office within 48 hrs f/u ER visit. From the front office to scheduling, I was attended to in a professional and compassionate manner. To top it off, I was scheduled for a colonoscopy within 48 hours of initial visit.
That set up in the building where they do then colonoscopies is incredible. I can’t even imagine how much money that place brings but all i know is that they run a very tight ship there. I was amazed at how well the flow of things went.
