He is an extremely competant doctor. I know that he knows what he is doing/talking about. However, he himself is a little cold. Also, he doesn't seem to treat his staff well because they are always on edge. Also a little odd that I go in for hearing loss and they made me blow into a breathing test machine. I'd still go to him for treatment because I feel safer, but I think change in the morale department would make his practice exceptional.
