Dr. Neha Nigam is an outstanding gastroenterologist. After I suddenly developed persistent diarrhea, I was very fortunate to be introduced to Dr. Nigam. She conducted the requisite tests and determined I required an exploratory colonoscopy to determine the root cause. She performed colonoscopy and the resultant biopsies revealed I had lymphocytic colitis. She then prescribed the requisite medication that has subsequently corrected the symptoms. I would have given her minus star. Dr Nigram and her team are very disorganized. I was very disappointed that my aunt had to prep for her colonoscopy and they canceled 2 hours before her appointment. Very disappointed and utterly unprofessional. They don't respect about patient’s situation and time. It would have been great that they reschedule her appointment 24 hours ahead where she doesn't have to prep her bowel. Now it was a waste!!
