The customer service is awesome and the kindness of the employees are great
I was disappointed that when I called and made my appointment they said my insurance covered it, no deductible, but after my wife and I got our eye exams and went to get our results we were told we owed $79 for the camera. Was never told to us before and we were very surprised. Not sure we're going back.
Professional and very efficient I felt that the doctor was very thorough in evaluating my eye symptoms. I never did see Dr Jindal, but Chelsie Crawford OD, was very professional and took the time to completely explain to me what my eye conditions were and able to describe for a Lehman to understand. I have been coming to Fallen Timbers Family Eye Care Center for several years, and look forward to remaining their patient for years to come.
This was my first eye exam in a few years. I really enjoyed the experience, from the initial prep, to the actual exam. I really appreciated the care the doctor and his staff took to make me feel comfortable through every aspect. I felt confident that he was knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of procedures. I would recommend this office to anyone.
