Dr,Sachdeva and staff are extremely caring , compassionate and patient focused. I have had two procedures completed in the past two years with this team of professionals and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their services. I would also like to add a recommendation to anyone considering a Colonoscopy, don’t put it off. Dr. Sachdeva found I had colon cancer. Thanks to him, the colon cancer was found in time. I had surgery immediately and now am cancer free.
I would rate my experiences with Dr. Sachdeva and his staff very highly. They are very friendly, professional, and on time. Dr. Sachdeva personally comes to meet with each of the patients prior to the procedure and asks if they have any questions for him that he can explain.
Dr sachdeva takes a personal Approach to my uc. He always has a Nurse practitioner in the room and truly listens to his patients. I feel extremely lucky to have him on my medical team. His bedside manner is hands down amazing.

After 3 separate attempts of calling and leaving messages with Dr. Sachdevas' office to schedule an appointment, I received one call back 24 hours after leaving my last voicemail. Effectively, taking 5 days to hear back from his office. As a potential new patient, I was very disappointed in the poor follow up and lack of 'customer service' focus by his office. Comparatively, I reached out to Duke Gastro the following week and received a call back the same day. Much more responsive!

He is a great doctor! I had a colonoscopy on 03/23/17. Before the procedure, I was worried the bowel prep would upset my stomach after reading many reviews. When the Dr. sent me the prep papers, there was a prescription for a nausea pill to take before beginning the prep. Because of this, I didn't have any problem getting the prep down. Many of my friends have had a colonoscopy, and none of their doctors prescribed a nausea pill. He was very friendly, and answered any questions.

My husband age 63, had his first colonscopy with Dr Sachdeva in 2015. When he came back to tell you us the results, it was not good. He told us this would be taken care of within three weeks time. My my husband had surgery, and now one year later, we are back for a second colonoscopy. This time the news was good and we go back in three years. We would highly recommend Dr Sachdeva for his kind and compassionate manner. Overall he gets the job done.
