In brief - the best medical practice I've ever been to. Front and back office staff - always super prompt, courteous, organized, and professional. Telephone calls are answered quickly (and not just to be put on hold again). Office visit waits are minimal, less than 10-15 mins. Dr. Nebelsieck is pragmatic, understanding, and expresses a genuine care for your well-being. He's a fairly stoic personality, but his actions speak to his care.
