I came in with dry eye concerns, and Dr. Simkovic was the first doctor who actually took it seriously. Every other place brushed it off, but he listened, explained everything clearly, and provided a treatment that offered immediate relief. You can tell he really cares and wants to help—not just rush you in and out. He also followed up on my eye blood pressure and asked me to come back just to check in, which honestly meant a lot.
