The management at this office is very bad. Find another RA doctor. They do not seem to care about providing good customer care or service. Don't waste your time dealing with them like I did. For a year, I was given the run around by multiple people in the office, including the office manager, Laura. The staff will tell you that labs are needed to be seen until they change the story and say they are not needed. Dr. Oparichi is the best! I spent so much time trying to figure out what was wrong with me and he nailed it as fibromyalgia. He is a caring doctor who spends time with you and keeps on top of your issues. I’d highly recommend him.
I can’t recommend Dr. Oparaeche enough and am so thankful for his help with my Lupus journey. He has great bedside manner and is very thorough and proactive!
My wife and I are both patients of Dr. O. She has been treated by him for 2 years and I was diagnosed by another Dr with a rare and severe blood disorder and became Dr O's patient as well. My experience has been very positive even though my condition is dangerous and acute. He has been very accommodating and his staff very caring. Laura is awesome. I'm fortunate to have them caring for me.
Dr. Operaeche was very dismissive of my symptoms and prior blood work. He said I was a waste of his time and told me to see myself out.
