I honestly use to love my doctor but nowadays it's ridiculous, I have been going to this place for at least 10yrs or more, use to be spot on but slowly but surely the building has not changed needs to be updated, they barely answer the phone and there is always a problem with payment and lab, somehow the lab they use still sends me a bill for it even though I have had the same insurance since I've been there, I've even been hospitalized with no bill cause I have insurance, can we say incompetent or just don't care idk, I'm g... read more

Staff was great, seen by a NP for mild condition and she was awesome. DR. NAZMUL HAQUE, however, should be ashamed of himself for how horribly he has allowed this building to fall into disrepair. I'm embarrassed to even be here. Nothing is clean, the bricks are falling off the building, hasn't been painted in probably 20 years. No paper towels or soap in the exam room when I washed my hands. LPN do more listening than talking. Most importantly, do not call my pharmacy in the middle of the floor as I heard you from the room in which you left me in. Like this lady pretty much talked to me like I was fool. I was very disgusted as it was my first visit. I don't think she realized that she came off as snooty. She needs to work on herself before I ever step foot back up in there. When you don't listen no one's getting the proper care as they should.
