I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Once I got there I waited over 2hrs for my children to be seen an there wasnt any other patients even there, an theres no literature there either, every time I went same thing. The staff was completely rude to me an my children they constantly yelled at them literally i was waiting for one of em to try an spank my kids who are only 3 & 4yr old boys and a 10month old girl but instead they kept trying to put them in timeout.Seriously? Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
