The doctor is great, however the staff, they need a career change, medical field and customer service is not for them, But who can blame them when management is behaving the same way, management "Renee" has NO sense of leadership, behaving the same way as staff, rude, ununderstanding, No respect to hear patients out or listen to feedback, constantly talking over me when I was trying explain to her the issues her staff was giving me. Don't waste your time putting what really happened at this office they only respond to the positive feedback which is sad that should tell you a lot about this place Don't go here find another place to go to. Is bad enough you are in pain but to be in pain and have to deal with the staffing and management that are so horrible to you why even bother with this place do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go, don't bother with this place.
