Horrible experience for my daughter, I could hear her cry form the waiting room, peaked in to see why and she said she gave her the freezing, I found out later she gave her no prior warning, she just came at her with a needle. When she went to the other side or mouth she could feel pressure the freezing was coming out, tears were streaming into her ears.
