Wonderful Doctor
Quick in and out
Dr Pala and her front office staff were great. It took some time to coordinate with so many Dr's on my caseload. She was very patient, considerate and thorough. Appointments sometimes ran over but that happens.
Today was the second time I have seen Dr. Pala, she is a very arrogant and obnoxious person, she doesn't listen to the patient or give them a chance to speak , she just talks and talk nothing gets resolved and according to her she's always right. She's very rude, especially considering I'm a senior and should have a bit more respect for the elderly. The secretary is not friendly at all, she's just cold as ice. This is my last visit, and I don't recommend Dr.Pala.
All of my experiences with Pala have been positive. She and her staff have always been courteous and helpful. After years of efforts with my regular doctor, under her guidance we quickly got my Type II sorted out.
