They were wonderful, patient, and kind. It was my first appointment with Dr. Modi and my GPS sent me to a random location 20 minutes away from the office. I’m sure it was operator error but, as soon as I realized what happened I called the office to apologize. Not only were they not aggravated and didn’t charge me a penalty for not being there on time but, they managed to squeeze me into their schedule when I finally arrived at the office 25 to 30 minutes after my appointment had been scheduled. Dr Modi is great and so is her office staff. She is very attentive and thorough. She asks the questions that need to be asked and makes me feel confident in her care. These are the qualities I look for in a provider. The staff is welcoming and professional. Very satisfied with my visits.
