This was the worst experience we have had with any service provider - terribly rude staff, billing and scheduling coordination is a nightmare and then they want to charge you for their scheduling mistakes and failure to communicate - outrageous how customers / patients paying for a service here are treated - especially when this is supposed to be a place for children!! Don't bring your kids here!
I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. He is terrible with children. He told my son he wasn't brave and said there was nothing he could do for him. Just went into detail that scared my son to death about having any dental work done.
Although the dentist seems to be able to build a relationship with the children. His ability to speak with and treat parents leaves much to be desired. His concern for my child's overall health was questionable. Would not recommend.
