This doctor knows and understands all different skin types..he is reliable and professional and a good listener he is all about solving your problems.
Great experience with Dr. Aurora but the practice just lost me as a patient. The front desk/administrative/billing staff are the absolute WORST! Checking in for an appointment in October 2024 I received bills for August and September. I asked why the bills had not been provided prior to my October visit and was told “I’m not sure” . In November a prescription was processed that I had not completed prior bloodwork/testing for nor was I interested in receiving which is why I had not proceeded with the bloodwork.
