I like Dr. Doki, but they often will not answer their phones so it's very difficult to get treatment sometimes.

I'm a previous patient of Dr. Doki, and the level of care I received here was great. Dr. Doki, is knowledgeable and is spot on. I was in a tough spot with low iron, low vitamin deficiencies and he got me right on track. Even went to bat for me when the insurance didn't want to cover my iron infusions. The staff for me was amazing. There was a mother and two daughters who worked in the facility and make you feel like family. All were great to me. I plan on referring my daughter here.

The staff here is disappointing. They lack the knowledge and professionalism needed to properly assist patients. Their behavior is unacceptable, and the appointment scheduling is poorly managed. I had to wait an additional two hours beyond my scheduled time to see the doctor.

Whenever I go here, even I make appointments I go there before my appointment time and they make me wait for hours in all locations. At the end they’ll let you walk out. But if you miss one appointment they’ll charge you $50, but to make you wait hours that is fine with them. Very unprofessional this is waste of time.
