He was personable but double billed Medicare. I asked for a refraction when I called to make appointment as I couldn’t see properly after first examine. I was under the impression that I would get a second examine without a charge since I couldn’t see well with my new prescription. If they were going to bill again I should have been told when I made appointment. My prescription did not change.
Dr. Ansari is a great opthomologist. He took time to explain to my questions. He listened patiently to my concerns. He thoroughly examined my eyes condition. I am recommending Dr. Ansari to everyone, If someone needs an ophthalmologist Dr. Ansari is the best.
Patient wait times in this practice are excessive. Despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested and having all my paperwork completed in advance, I was not seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I then spent another 40 minutes waiting to seen the doctor after the initial part of the exam was completed.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Anwar to my family and friends. He is very professional and has a calming bedside manner. I couldn't be happier with the results of my cataract surgery.
The doctors are wonderful. The staff is horrible. They change appointment times without notifying the patient approval.
Very caring, competent doctor. Originally accepted me during an emergency/critical care visit. Office assistants also very caring. Wait time for subsequent visits 10-15 minutes, but I'm willing to wait for the excellent care I receive.
