I missed some appointments because of anxiety. When I asked for anti anxiety meds, they told me no. Then I canceled an appointment because I had a sore throat that day (which can be a symptom of Covid and they would have sent me home anyway). I got a letter that they would no longer see me because I missed too many appointments. I called multiple times, asking to talk to the office manager. Every time, I got put on hold, told she wasn’t there, left a message requesting her to call me back and she never did.

Two crowns broke within 5 years of getting them at his office. Also they accidentally billed me $500 for a “previous balance”. When i disputed it the receptionist agreed that it was wrong. No apology or anything. I wish I’d never gone there.

Dr Chan took 90 minutes to pull a tooth. Then he did a bone graft for a future implant. I was in incredible pain. I called office for help. He NEVER called me back. When the bone graft came out, he still wouldn't call me back. He used my total insurance benefit and never returned my calls. Just because he did a weekend seminar in Vegas, does not mean he has any ability as a oral surgeon or a cosmetic dentist.He does NOT. He relocates a lot. But his lack of morality, compassion,and ability go with him. Stay away.
