I recently visited Dr. Tillman’s office for my annual cleaning. My previous visit had been in July. When I returned in January, the front desk asked if I still had the same insurance. I told them yes—I have BCBS—so I didn’t think anything of it. After my cleaning, the dentist found an old filling from childhood that needed to be replaced. I haven’t had a filling in over 20 years. Year-round residents of Newport, RI always have to beware of shady business owners in town that want to sell substandard goods and services at a premium price; if this is what you enjoy, then patronize this business. Oh my goodness what a great visit I had today! I had my new patient exam and cleaning and Carla was my hygienist She is kind, professional, sweet, caring and thorough! I was checked out by Kevin who is constantly warm and friendly- no matter how many tasks he is doing! 05/23/2023 update: I want to make sure that I remain fair, but honest.
