Very nice efficient office. Dr. Tu seemed extremely knowledgeable and confident and offered more help then the last few ENT that I have seen . Kim who checked me out in reception was very kind and helpful as well as the nurse who checked my vitals. Will definitely be returning.

I have never been treated like he treated me in my life. I used to see Dr. Parnes. This guy needs a course on bedside manners. And perhaps an infusion of empathy.

Dr. Tu is so kind and cares so much about his patients. He took the time to discuss my issues and was the only person who didn’t brush off my concerns. The office was short staffed for audiology but they were able to accommodate within a week or so. He is truly a rare gem. There are not many doctors left in this world that show compassion. Thank you, Dr. Tu!

Ridiculous! Called for a hearing exam and when I got there was examined for 3 minutes which consisted of looking in each ear. Them told I needed a hearing test Duh!! Needed to reschedule they said and of course another $25 copay for doing absolutely nothing! I’m sure my insurance provider is getting billed a hefty bill for those 3 minutes!
