Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Did this endocrinologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music
