He had to repeat the surgery and done so in his office. A couple days later I had metal sticking out of my gums again and a gaping hole in my jaw.
Dr Box has been my family’s doctor for years. He has always treated us wonderfully and is very knowledgeable. We never wait several weeks to get in to see him We can call his office and we get in that week We will always have Dr Box for our ENT physician. Thank you DrBox!!!!
Dr box was very straight to the point and very explanatory about what steps to the procedure were going to be done and answered any question i threw at him. staff was very polite and helpful threw the visit. very gentle with children and made them feel at ease with what he was doing. the wait time was excellent. Didn't have to wait for him to come in he greeted you as you were called back. would highly recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Box didn’t hide anything he told u how it is he didn’t hide under brush he was excellent doing surgery on my daughter her tubes and Tonsils and Adenoids surgery he is a very good doctor
I learned a sore on my face was Cancer and was given several Doctors info and chose Dr. Box. He was wonderful and is a excellent surgeon!! The staff gets 5 stars too!! Judy Wise
Dr Box is the most arrogant condescending Jerk I’ve ever seen. He is rude and if you question anything he says he will dismiss you. I absolutely would NOT recommend and will never go back. We had a tonsillectomy scheduled prior to COVID it was canceled obviously and when he was ready to reschedule but I wanted to wait he tried to strong arm us into doing which we continued to wait. She just had follow up which didn’t fix her issue even though he said he was 95% sure it would then changed his diagnosis twice without listening... read more
All three of my children have seen Dr. Box for years. He has always been thorough, patient and professional. On recommendation of our children's previous pediatrician we sustained from surgical intervention and forewent more than 2 years of excruciating allergies, with many missed school days and doctor visits. Once Dr. Box assessed the situation and explained everything in detail we opted to have her tonsils removed. We haven't had any issues since.
No doubt I would recommend Dr. Box to anyone I know and love. He is a remarkable doctor with so much knowledge and genuine concern for his patients. His follow up with my son was above and beyond and I am incredibly grateful. I cannot express how impressed I am and how very thankful I am that he was our doctor.
I have never in my life met such a egotistical person in my life. He expressed no concern at all for my son after his tonsillectomy. My son was kicked out of the recovery room after 54min screaming in pain because "his 1 hour recovery time had ended" and they needed the room. I called several times a day trying to get relief for my sons pain and had to take him to the ER and another DR after a week of intense pain and crying.
