The staff is very rude and discriminatory. My daughter has an unidentifiable lump in her throat and refused us because my other kids were seen by another doctor who left their clinic previously and they made us schedule with!
Dr. Roesler is great with my kids. The office is clean and the nurses are friendly.

Clean office. Pleasant staff. You are seen in a timely manner, and Dr. Roesler answers all your questions. My children have been going there for years, it is an outstanding office.
I am outraged by Beaumont Pediatrics. I just called to make an appointment for my son who has ADHD. I was told that they were excepting new patients, but not ADHD patients. How can a doctor and a clinic discriminate based on condition. This is completely against the Hippocratic oath.
He is a wonderful pediatrician. Always answers all my questions and is very helpful.
Office is clean. Has separate sick and well waiting rooms. Friendly nurses and staff. Dr. Roesler is great with my son. No complaints.
Dr. Roesler is great! But the front staff is terrible.. They never smile and act like they really hate their jobs. Extremely rude with parents. We are considering changing Dr's.
The staff is awful, seems to be more turn over lately than in the 3 years past, office manager is very rude and seems to have the staff scared of her. Dr Roesler is absolutely wonderful and THE only reason we stay there. Once you get past the pushy, rude, inconsiderate front office staff, the nurses are typically nice and most of the doctors are as well. Dr Roesler and Dr Hubbell are the best and I trust them completely with the health of my children. The front office staff will hopefully snap back into shape, a few mad momm... read more
