I went to Dr. Nguyen for nutritional advice and weight loss. I have been trying for a long time to lose weight by diet and exercise but nothing was working. I was seen at this office who did my yearly exams. I was told that they found abnormal cells and sent me for more testing. When we contacted them to have the medical records sent over we found that they had lost them. That was the word they used… Lost. They had no record at all of me ever having been there. This delayed treatment for sometime causing cancer to spread. I never eent to this office, butvwent to the Medico. Office on Songletom. The staff wete wpnderful, but I never met Dt. Ngiyen. Singleton office is closimg. I refuse othet yo go to another office. I habe chosen a diffe=ent PCP throu my onsutance. Ruth
