My feedback is simply due to me not being called back until 50 minutes after my stated appointment. So I spent 90 minutes at the office and had a total of 22 minutes of treatment (three separate people) The people apologized and were very nice nurse was very competent. It’s only that the waiting is consistently too long.
Dr Laufer is a great and caring doctor. I was having some heart issues and he really turned it around for me. Just can’t say enough about how great he is. Dr Laufer always come in to see me answers answers anyquestions I have, he really listen to you he’s a doctor with great compassion for his patients.
Excellent! Staff and customer service. We have been coming here for 20 years . Highly recommend !
