If you're looking for good medical care - do yourself a favor: find another office! Staff was unprofessional and boisterous. The APRN had no confidence in her field of study and it's evident in the exam room. Please find a different office.
I specifically asked if the office worked with Transgender individuals. The receptionist said yes, so I booked a consultation. Lassman was very rude when informing me that he did not and I must have misunderstood. He said he would call me back with a referral to a specialist, but hasn't yet.
