Totally a waste of time. He did not confirm a diagnosis and treating me for Pain in my in perdendal nerve. After 70 shots and the operation to implant stent that failed he finally looked in a procedure in the hospital at my bladder and my bladder had collapsed so he was treating the wrong thing that whole time. If you are looking for a highly qualified, extremely skilled, caring, and intelligent physician, then you will find that in Dr. Nathan Guerette! Dr. Guerette performed major surgery on me for a prolapse. I went to two other renowned physicians for treatment, but they were not as thorough regarding treatment options or were not qualified to perform certain procedures. Do not use this dr. I did and I’m sorry I ever walked into his office. I have since been informed by more than one well respected dr. In richmond that he has a bad reputation among the medical community. He is in it for the money and you will spend a lot in additional treatments he will tell you you need and then they don’t work. Most of these treatments are not covered by insurance. Please do your research and get second opinion.

Dr Guerette took the time to listen to me when no one would. Made me feel very comfortable.
Thank god my PP recommended me to see him. I have been suffering with pelvic pain due to a 3rd degree prolapse and the surgery went so smooth. He was extremely attentive and visited me in the hospital to make sure I was healed. His staff is also exceptional. I also heard he is one of the best Urogyn in the country. Dr. Guerette is the best surgeon in Virginia! Do not go to anyone else if you need robotic surgery for prolapse issues. I had robotic surgery and it changed my life. His nurse Jennifer is the sweetest woman who is kind and considerate of your issues.
