I came here to get treatment for my TMJ in June- I was barely examined, he touched my face once, said I was fine, sent me home with prednisone, and made me pay out of pocket for a new mouth guard (I already have one). Said my mouthguard would be in within a week. It is now October (5 MONTHS), I called, was told they sent retainers instead, I asked for a refund and she replied "ill have to talk to the doctor about that" and HUNG UP ON ME. The receptionist also had no idea what a "doctors note" was to excuse for work that day.... read more
