horrible! did not perform surgery yet attempted to charge us. they will not return calls to resolve the matter. the doctor did not look at the chart until minutes before the surgery despite our efforts to warn them about my husbands complicated health. it was a waste of a visit and will never go back!
Was suppose to remove wisdom teeth. Did not look at chart until day of surgery and then cancelled the procedure. Still attempting to charge for the appointment.
I had a difficult molar removed yesterday. The service, attention and bedside manner were outstanding. Dr.Dickerson gave me time to ask many questions and made me feel comfortable immediately. His price was less than half of what other local oral surgeons were quoting even before my insurance paid its portion. I highly recommend this office and plan to take my daughter for her wisdom teeth extraction later this month. He was highly recommended by my family dentist of 20 plus years.
Dr. Dickerson performed jaw surgery on our daughter, he and his staff were wonderful. They answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. We traveled from El Paso to Las Cruces to have the procedure done.; this is a major operation and we wanted only the best in our opinion he is the best in this area. They are a very professional and caring group that have given our daughter excellent care. Dr. Dickerson removed a cyst in my jawbone, when another oral surgeon wanted to remove the entire right side of my jawbone! I'm glad I got a second and third opinion. I have nothing but praise for this doctor. A true professional and above all else, a truly caring person.
