Dr Wilbanks and the staff at both the Kirkland office and Ballard Surgical Center are top notch. All are professional, informative and go above and beyond to improve patient experience. I am 2 wks post cataract removal, lense replacement procedure and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The process was pain free and made a day/night difference (pun intended) between the eye with cataract removed and the unrepaired eye. I can’t wait to get the other eye fixed too. I highly recommend Dr Wilbanks and Eye Associates NW.

I am 70 years old and my cataracts were beginning to cause me growing concern driving at night. They also negatively affected distance vision clarity. The initial eye exam and cataract assessment was performed by Dr. Nathan Wilbanks. He clearly explained the pros and cons for each of the multiple lens options available for cataract surgery. I was very pleased with my experience at Eye Associates. Dr. Wilbanks made me feel calm and comfortable for my cataract surgery, and I was impressed with his expertise and efficiency. His staff members were wonderfully professional, efficient, and friendly, too. This really is a site for sore eyes.
