Dr. Brown is incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. After I had a tooth pulled, he personally called me to check on me that alone says everything about the level of care he provides. I have severe panic disorder, and this office has always gone above and beyond to make me feel safe, calm, and understood. They never brush off anxiety or make you feel embarrassed for it. This is the best dentist office in town. From start to finish they are personable, attentive, and professional. They make you feel so welcomed and comfortable.
It’s great place take kids to Denist but there is rude receptionist if you call before ur appt to reschedule she mark it a no call no show cuz it’s not 24 hours even though you never heard of that policy there. Also got lost went down wrong road ended up going passed 15 min window thought I was going to make so I called she said was gonna mark it no call no show. The lady is not truthful. She also isn’t very professional at all or friendly she hateful on phone. Other than that I would gave them 5 stars wasn’t for her!
This was the most welcoming dentist office I have ever visited. It was more than exceptional. I would rate this place more than 5 stars if I could. The atmosphere, the staff who literally worked together as a whole team making sure I was extremely comfortable and satisfied. I was just recently informed that Dr brown isn’t with Cigna. If I’d of been told that in the first place I wouldn’t be going to them. He and his staff’s exceptionally well trained and compassionate staff
