Professional yet friendly. Courteous and respectful. This whole team from check in to check out is amazing. I had 2 different doctors tell me what was wrong with my wrist, directions to help, but I never got better. Went to see Dr Mall, he immediately knew what the issue was, discussed treatment plan, and my wrist is already feeling better in less than a week.
