I have had 2 second opinions, I have had 4 pain management dr's 2 neurosurgeons, and 4 shoulder surgeons. All these dr's have come up with the very same diagnosis. This man dr Fogt, he knows exactly what worked comp wants to hear. This man seriously spent no more then 5 minutes with me. Asked me 5 questions and when I tried to explain something he would shush me. He barely touched me, nothing you can consider an actual exam. The report he gave O.W.C.P. is total crap.
