I wouldn’t even give this Dr or the office a 1 star. EXTREMELY RUDE. The office staff never answers the phone. When i finally got an answer it was the Dr herself, one of few rudest dr’s I’ve ever spoken with. Asked a question and barely got an answer. When i asked for clarification and specific details she stated “your speaking with the dr and not my staff, i said what i said so it should be clear”. I moved out of town almost two years ago and let me just say Dr Chase isn’t replaceable. I miss her so much !!! She went beyond her expectations every visit she make you seem so comfortable while being very professional. I saw her for the 1st time in 2003 at west suburban hospital I loved her energy and thought to myself this gonna be my doctor forever lol
