This medical office is a complete mess—chronically disorganized and frustrating to deal with. Every appointment involves an excessively long wait, regardless of the scheduled time. I specifically chose Dr. Bastian as my primary care physician based on my research and the positive reviews from other patients, yet I rarely have the opportunity to see her. I had an appointment at 11:30 AM with Dr. Nathalie Bastien-Montpeirous. They even texted me asking me to come earlier, so I made sure to arrive on time. After waiting for over an hour and a half, I still had not seen the doctor by 1:00 PM, so I decided to leave. What disappointed me most was that when they finally called me back, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the excessive wait time. Dr. Bastien is a caring, competent doctor. She was my doctor for several years and felt well cared for.
My neighbor referred me to Dr. Nathalie Bastien. Wowed.. i moved a lot from state to state. Always have to find new doctors in my new states. I’m very impressed with Dr Bastien. She took in first year med students in her practice and give these freshmen a chance to be hand on. Not many doctors give a chance to freshman.
