Great Doctor, I only wish I didn't have to wait so long. In the lobby and or examing room to see her, but worth the wait. Dr Bastien is warm, caring and knowledgeable. 🤗

Dr Bastien is caring and spends a lot of time with each patient getting to know all about them. This makes for long waiting periods in the office. So, what I eventually decided is Dr Bastien is worth the wait. I come equipped now with a little cooler of snacks, water, soda, and a book or project. The receptionist does not seem to like or care about people at all. But again, Dr Bastien overshadows all the negatives.

Dr Bastien is very profesional and cares for her patients,takes her time to chat with them,this is sweet and outstanding.On the other hand who ever handles schedules is failing, the visit should be more precise with the appointments,my experience with this is not the best,i have to wait more than an hour and its not right and unacepptable! This needs to improve!!! This is making me think i need to change Drs unfortunetly!!

I was not warned that Dr. Bastien was running late when I signed in. I waited one hour and 40 minutes in a tiny room with two pee-stained chairs. I never saw the doctor. I got low blood sugar and had to eat. I staggered out of the office in near tears and asked the receptionist how long would the doctor be. At first she would not even look at me. My first appointment was a physical exam. On a positive note, Dr, Bastien made an obvious effort to get to know me and establish a rapport. Now for my concerns…. I was told Dr, Bastien was running 45 minutes late when I signed in. I was in the office for a total of three hours, from when I first signed in until I left. That is absurd. My physical exam was conducted by a medical student who did well, but I was never asked for my permission, and since this was my first visit at this office I had not yet met my doctor.
