Picked Dr. Fripp because I thought someone who looked like me would understand and listen to me. First and only time I went to her, I was in shambles due to stress from my job. She didn’t care and refused to fill out paperwork that would give me relief. Did blood work, several things were extremely low, several things were extremely high; yet no follow up from her. She is really dismissive. When I initially met with her she rushed in and rushed out barely listening to what I was saying. She was supposed to order blood tests but I never got any paperwork and the lab had no record. I used a lab order from an older visit and came back with a variety of results that might be associated with an autoimmune disease. I reached out to her two times using the portal with no response. I had worked with her previously and at that time I felt heard and validated. I don’t know what changed but during my last visit she barely spoke. She ordered what I requested but called it “overkill” and when I asked her for alternative options she just sat there quietly. I told her I’d be happy to try lesser things first if she found it more appropriate but again she said nothing. Then one of said tests came back needing follow-ups.
