She rudely tuned off my white noise machine, exclaiming “WHAT is this noise?!”. I assumed a “holistic”-minded doc would’ve known what white noise/“the 5 S’s” are. Then, her husband offered no apology after the wrong baby was brought to my room (this is no joke! A baby girl was brought to my bedside instead of my baby boy!!!), but instead sent the charge nurse in to do so with some very forced tears/apology (this was at St. Luke’s).
