Dr. Shannon is outstanding and totally trustworthy! Baylor Scott & White. Totally suck! Proving only the big $$$$ mean anything to that crappy organization!
I use to love Dr. Shannon. She was my children's doctors for over 12 years. Until January 2024. I was told she was leaving Baylor Scott and White and I needed to locate a new doctors office. Only to find out she's still working there and now they no longer take "new" patients with Medicaid.

If you are seeing another doctor in Baylor scott and if you want to go to Natalia Shannon it won’t happen, they called me multiple times for first time patients about the appointment remainder but they didn’t have courtesy to ask whether to establish the primary doctor as Natalia Or just for one time visit.if they would have asked this question before my appointment, it would have saved an hour of my office work and permission and driving to her stupid office, after reaching there they are asking this question and said if it... read more
